FAHEE Brings on New Board Members

The FAHEE Board brought on two new Board Members at their last meeting to replace two recently vacated seats.

Rick Rod, retired RN and paramedic, was elected as the new President of the Board. Rick comes to us with considerable experience working with Foundations. His last position was with the Esteban Behena Foundation that is now non-operable. We are pleased to have Rick join us and with his experience are sure he’ll help us grow to new heights.

Chris Winter, retired paramedic Captain, was elected as the new Vice President of the Board. Chris comes to us with experience working with Boards, having been on the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District Board for many years. His fire and Board experience will help our Foundation grow and excel in the area of gaining new donations.

It is the Board’s goal to work on getting our two funds fully funded: the Scholarship Fund and the Equipment Fund. We are confident that the addition of our two new Board Members will help us achieve that goal in record time.
